Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic style is eclectic in nature. This means that I draw on a number of different therapy
theories to inform my work. The foundation of my practice rests on Humanistic therapy and Client-
Centred Philosophy, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Harm Reduction,
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
